Shipping & Delivery

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company, as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.) All orders are sent out via Canada post / Standard Ground. Receive within 7-15 business day of shipment date.

Returns & Exchanges 

When making a return you must call or E-Mail Us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be sending the item back. Send the product back with your information and include a copy of your receipt/Invoice given at the time of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned merchandise plus shipping on original shipment. If shipping wasn’t charged (free shipping/promo code) you will be charged for the shipping amount quoted on invoice given when item/s were purchased. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 15 days from date of purchase. Washed and worn garments are not returnable. Exchanges can also be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Same rules and conditions apply as on returns.

All major credit card purchases can be made using Paypal. PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. When checking out, click on the "Do not have a PayPal account?" link and follow the instructions. We also accept Money Orders. Please contact Customer service for more information about sending Money Orders.

 


Viewing Orders

All orders will be given a tracking number, which allows you to track your items. Invoice will contain, Tracking number and company used for shipping.
